The hotel was conveniently located near major attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially during check-in, where they provided us with helpful tips on sightseeing and dining. The hotel room was spacious and clean and had a cozy ambiance that made our stay comfortable throughout.
We had to spend our Easter holiday searching for another hotel.

The hotel was conveniently located with easy access to nearby attractions. the room was clean and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and modern bathroom. the staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was tasty. the hotel also had a gym and swimming pool to use.
Some guests had trouble checking in and contacting the hotel beforehand.

The hotel claimed to have a prime location but we were locked out when we arrived. there was a nice sign on the front door with a phone number that nobody would answer. Thankfully, the Holiday Inn was just down the street. Plus, the homemade sign had some really cute drawings on it that made us smile.
We were unable to check in to the hotel we booked online and nobody would answer our calls. We ended up having to walk to another hotel for the night.

Had a unforgettable Christmas stay at this hotel. Loved that it offered free breakfast and reliable WiFi, along with being located close to the city center and public transportation. The friendly hotel staff were always willing to give us tips and recommendations on what to do during our stay.
We experienced some difficulties with our check-in process which put a damper on our arrival. The staff wasn't responsive to our requests to check-in and we ended up having to wait a while before we could finally gain access to our room.
